Our company operates online under the domain name www.thedesignlift.com (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

2) Our Services

 

Our service is a platform allowing individuals and companies seeking interior design services (clients/users) to get a custom interior design, including 1 mood board, 1 2D layout, 1 concept design or rendering, 1 furniture list as per the design choosen from local suppliers and 1 to 2 revision(s) of the final design rendering based on user’s comments. (depending on the selected package)

 

To use our service, you must read and accept our privacy policy.

By accepting the privacy policy, you agree that you have read and understood its content and that you agree to the data collection, use, and disclosure provisions set in it.

 

3) Data Collection & Use 

you can browse our website for free, but to become a registered user, you must create a username and password and provide us with specific information. 

We collect several different types of information from the users for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

9) Displaying Data

 

Designers, contractors & Vendors Data

Designers general Data (such as name, experience, photo…) may be displayed on the service and seen by the clients.

Users’ Data

The general data provided by the users may be displayed on our service only if the clients agrees to do so.

The user may also agree or disagree on displaying photos of his/her project design as customized by our website ( before & after)

 

10)    Data Security

 

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Although we do our best to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We shall undertake reasonable steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to take practical steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Making payments

We provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details unless you agree to opyt to that option. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. For our designers, you may provide information to us or via our payment processors related to your bank account, routing numbers, address and phone number.
